444rs Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 444rs ("we", "us", "the platform"). They apply to all use of the 444rs website and mobile application, including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, VIP features, promotions and any other products offered on the platform.

By completing the registration process and creating a 444rs account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms also constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you disagree with any part of these Terms at any time, the appropriate course of action is to stop using the platform and, if applicable, request account closure through the support team.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are available on 444rs.app and form part of your overall agreement with the platform.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use a 444rs account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 444rs does not permit under-age gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of a third party or organisation.
• You must be able to provide accurate and complete personal information at registration and during any subsequent verification process.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from 444rs or any other platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that extends to 444rs.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of 444rs or its affiliated companies.

444rs reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If satisfactory proof cannot be provided, access to the account — including any pending withdrawals — may be suspended until verification is completed.

3. Registration and Account Verification

When you register a 444rs account, you are required to provide your real name, date of birth, a valid mobile number and other personal details as requested. You must ensure all information submitted is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in the account being closed and any balance being forfeited.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active 444rs account. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you should contact support immediately. 444rs will determine which account is the original and may close duplicate accounts. Any bonus funds or winnings accumulated using duplicate accounts may be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 444rs account login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else without your permission, contact 444rs support immediately so the account can be secured.

4. Deposits and Payments

444rs accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is PKR 200 for mobile wallet methods and PKR 500 for bank-based methods. 444rs does not charge any fees on deposits; your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees depending on your account type.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to someone other than the registered 444rs account holder — are not accepted and may be returned or held pending investigation. This rule exists to protect against fraud and to ensure that players are managing their own funds.

444rs does not extend credit. You can only bet and play using funds that are already in your 444rs balance. The platform will not allow you to go into a negative balance on any product.

All deposit transactions are encrypted and processed securely. 444rs does not store card details directly — card payments are handled through a secure third-party payment gateway. JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions are completed within those platforms' own apps; 444rs only receives confirmation of a successful transfer.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from 444rs are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever possible. This requirement exists as a fraud-prevention measure. Withdrawals to a different account or method than the one used for deposit require prior verification through the support team.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers. 444rs does not charge any fees on withdrawals. Processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash & Easypaisa: Typically 1–3 hours after request submission
• Raast: Same working day in most cases
• Bank Transfer: Up to 1 business day
• Card: 1–3 business days depending on card issuer

First-time withdrawals may be subject to a verification process before funds are released. This is standard procedure and typically completes within 24 hours. Withdrawal limits apply based on your account tier — VIP members benefit from higher daily and weekly limits. Your current limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.

444rs reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending verification request, or an active bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been satisfied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

444rs offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses for new players, reload bonuses, free bets and other promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are presented at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on 444rs:

• Bonuses can only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility requirements stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each eligible promotion can be claimed once per player, per household, per device and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The platform's sports betting rules govern situations such as match abandonment, void events, result disputes and in-play market settlement. 444rs reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has started (in the case of pre-match betting), placed on incorrect odds due to an obvious error, or placed using funds that have been credited in error. In the case of an obvious error in odds display, 444rs may offer to settle the bet at the correct odds or to void the bet entirely.

For casino and slots games, the rules of each individual game govern how play proceeds, how wins are calculated and what the return-to-player percentage is. These rules are accessible within each game itself. 444rs does not alter game outcomes — all outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live casino, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the dealer.

Maximum win caps apply to certain promotions and free bet awards — these are stated in the specific promotion terms. Standard account play without an active bonus does not have a general win cap.

8. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

444rs operates on a fair play basis. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and permanent exclusion from the platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way that is not standard human play
• Deliberately exploiting software errors or pricing mistakes in betting markets
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Placing bets on events where you have inside information not available to the general public
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to process funds from illegal activity
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without genuine grounds, after funds have been used for play
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at 444rs staff or other players

444rs uses automated and manual monitoring to detect irregular activity. Where suspicious patterns are identified, the platform may place temporary holds on accounts or withdrawals pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such hold and given the opportunity to provide clarification.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

444rs may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion
• Duplicate account discovered
• Account registered by an individual under 18 years of age
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that have not been used for play will generally be returned via the original payment method, subject to the outcome of any investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request with no outstanding investigations, any eligible balance will be processed as a final withdrawal.
