Account & Registration

Go to the Register page on 444rs.app, enter your Pakistan mobile number, choose a username and password, and confirm you are 18 or above. That's it — your account is active immediately. The whole process takes about two minutes on a mobile phone. If you have a referral code from a friend, enter it on the registration screen for any applicable referral reward.

No — each player is allowed exactly one account. If you accidentally created a second account, contact support via live chat before placing any bets. They can close the duplicate without penalising your original account, as long as you reach out proactively. Using multiple accounts is against the Terms and Conditions and can result in all accounts being closed.

You don't need documents to register. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. At that point you'll typically need a copy of your CNIC (national identity card) or another government-issued ID to confirm your age and identity. You may also need to confirm the payment method used for your deposit. The process runs through support chat and is normally done within 24 hours.

Once your identity is confirmed, the reset is quick. Choose a new password that's different from ones you use elsewhere — a mix of letters and numbers works best.

Deposits

Log in to your account, go to the Deposit section, and choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer or card. Follow the on-screen instructions, enter the PKR amount you want to deposit, and complete the transfer from your mobile wallet or bank. Deposits via mobile wallet are usually reflected in your 444rs account balance within a few minutes.

The minimum deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa is PKR 200. For bank transfer and Raast the minimum is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 444rs, though your bank or mobile wallet may have its own daily transfer limits. 444rs does not charge any fees on deposits — the full amount you send is credited to your account.

Mobile wallet deposits usually arrive within minutes. Bank transfers can take a little longer — up to a few hours in some cases. If your deposit hasn't appeared after a reasonable wait, contact support via live chat and share the transaction reference number from your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank app. Support can trace the transfer and credit it manually if needed.

444rs does not charge fees on deposits. The amount you send is the amount credited to your betting account in full. Your own mobile wallet or bank may charge a small transfer fee on their side, but that is separate from 444rs and not something we control. Check your JazzCash or Easypaisa app for their own fee schedule if you are unsure.
Withdrawals

Go to the Withdrawal section in your account, enter the PKR amount you want to withdraw, and confirm the destination — your registered JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account. Withdrawals are processed back to the same method you used to deposit. First-time withdrawals require identity verification (KYC), which is handled through support chat and usually completed within 24 hours.

Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few hours of request. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. First-time withdrawals that require KYC verification may take up to 24 hours in total — the KYC step itself is usually quick but needs to be completed before the payment is released. VIP members at higher tiers benefit from faster processing times.

Yes — the minimum withdrawal is PKR 500 for all methods. There is no processing fee charged by 444rs on withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount sent to your mobile wallet or bank account. If you have an active bonus balance that carries wagering requirements, those must be met before the associated funds can be withdrawn.

If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than expected — beyond 24 hours for a first withdrawal, or beyond a few hours for a regular one — contact support via live chat. Give them the withdrawal request time and amount and they can check the status immediately. Pending KYC documents are the most common cause of delays. Upload whatever is requested as soon as possible to speed things up.
Sports Betting & Cricket

444rs covers Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Test cricket, One-Day Internationals and all major global tournaments. Pre-match and live in-play markets include match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, man of the match, and many more. During PSL season the market depth increases with more specific over-by-over and ball-by-ball options.

In-play betting lets you place bets while the match is in progress. Odds update continuously based on the current state of the game — a wicket falling, a boundary being hit or the required run rate changing will all shift the odds. You can access live markets from the Sports section of your 444rs account. Some markets may be temporarily suspended during certain moments in the game — such as during a review — and will reopen promptly.

Beyond cricket, 444rs offers betting on football (including international fixtures and major leagues), esports titles such as CS:GO and Dota 2, kabaddi, and other global sports. The selection available at any given time depends on what is currently scheduled. Football coverage increases during major tournaments and international windows.
Slots & Casino

Log in to your account, navigate to the Slots section and choose a game. You need a PKR balance to place real bets. Some games offer a demo or free-spin mode that you can try without wagering real money — look for that option on the game's tile before launching. For real-money play, make a deposit first and your balance will be ready to use across all slot games immediately.

Live casino games are streamed in real time from a studio with a human dealer running the game — baccarat, roulette, blackjack and game shows are the most common types. You place your bets on screen and the real dealer spins the wheel or deals the cards live. It's a different experience from RNG (random number generator) slots or table games, which are fully digital and automated. Both are available on 444rs.

If a game disconnects or freezes during a spin or round, the result is usually already recorded on the server — meaning your bet and any winnings are safe. Refresh the game or reopen it and the outcome should resolve automatically. If your balance does not update correctly after a game issue, contact support with the game name, approximate time and bet amount. Support can check the server logs and correct any discrepancy.
VIP Program & Bonuses

VIP points are earned automatically on every real-money bet you place — on sports, slots, live casino and other games. The number of points per bet varies by game type. Points accumulate and move you through the VIP tiers over time. You can check your current point balance and tier from your account dashboard after logging in.

New 444rs accounts are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first PKR deposit. The bonus is credited automatically after the qualifying deposit is made. Full terms — including the wagering requirement, minimum deposit and expiry period — are shown in the Promotions section at the time of the offer. Always check the current terms before depositing to ensure you understand the conditions attached to the bonus.

A wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The current progress towards your wagering requirement is visible in your account dashboard whenever a bonus is active.
Responsible Gaming

Log in, go to Account Settings and navigate to the Responsible Gaming section. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limit. The limit takes effect immediately once confirmed. If you want to increase the limit at a later date, a short cooling-off period applies before the higher limit comes into effect — this is intentional and designed to prevent impulsive decisions.

A short break (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days) can be set directly from your Account Settings under Responsible Gaming — it takes effect immediately. For longer self-exclusion (3 months to permanent), contact support via live chat and your request will be processed promptly. App & Technical

The 444rs Android app is available directly from the Download page on 444rs.app — no need for the Google Play Store. Tap the download button, allow your phone to install from unknown sources if prompted (this is a standard Android setting for apps downloaded outside the Play Store), and the app will install in under a minute. The app is a small file and works well on standard 4G connections.

Yes — iPhone users can access the full 444rs platform through the mobile website in Safari. All features including sports betting, slots, deposits and withdrawals are available through the browser. A dedicated iOS app is not currently available. Visit 444rs.app on your iPhone and the site will automatically optimise for your screen.

First, check your internet connection — try switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi. Clear your browser cache or app cache if the issue persists. For the app, try closing it fully and reopening. If you recently updated the app and it's behaving differently, try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version from the Download page. If none of those fix it, contact support via live chat with a description of what's happening and what device you're using.

Since the 444rs app is installed directly (not via the Play Store), updates are not automatic. When a new version is available, a notification will appear in the app or on the 444rs website. Visit the Download page to get the latest version and install it on top of your existing installation — your account details and settings will remain intact.
